Cake Cutting Fee

There is a $30.00 charge for cutting and serving a cake brought in from
an outside bakery

Deposit and Payment Policy

A $500.00 deposit is required to confirm the event.  The balance is due the same day as
the event.  Any unpaid balance will be charged to your authorized credit card.
All payments must be made no later than the day of the event.

Cancellation Policy

The reservation is final upon receipt of the deposit and a signed copy of the contract.
Cancellation less than 60 days prior to the event will result in forfeiture of
the deposit.  If notice of cancellation is received 60 days or more
in advance of the event, the deposit will be refunded.

Guarantees

Notification of the exact number of guests is required five days prior to the event.  Once
received, this number constitutes a guarantee.  If fewer than the number of guaranteed
guests attends the event, you will be billed for the original guaranteed number.
If no guarantee is received, the contracted number or actual guest count
(whichever is higher) will be considered your guarantee.

Please note:  No on-site restrooms.  Restroom facilities are located at Joe's Boathouse

All events subject to a 20% service charge and 7% state tax
